It is officially patio season! The weather is finally up to an enjoyable standard giving us all the reason to meet with our favorite gal pals once the work day comes to a close. If you find yourself hosting post-patio dinner, we highly suggest prepping this simple and delicious drink – the cucumber-coconut-splash. With the light features of rosé and gin along side the refreshing taste of coconut water, this cocktail is bound to be a hit.

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups coconut water
750-ml bottle of rosé
1/2 cup gin
2 cucumbers
How to make it
Thinly slice 2 cucumbers. Reserve 12 slices and place the rest in a pitcher with 1 1/2 cups coconut water. Refrigerate for 1 hour, then remove cucumber and add a 750-ml bottle of rosé and 1/2 cup gin. Serve over ice and garnish with reserved cucumber slices.
